Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored privately on the website hosting service and generate a notification to Albert’s sales email. Hosting and email providers process information to provide these services. Limited security records help prevent automated abuse. Information is retained as needed for the enquiry and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Website technology and external links
The site serves its fonts and opening video locally. It does not add advertising pixels. To identify which page led to an enquiry, public pages keep the first page path, a broad source category and recognized source/medium tags in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes of attribution. Records are removed when expiry is checked or the tab closes. They contain no contact details, full referring URLs, arbitrary campaign text or visitor identifiers. If browser storage is unavailable, the enquiry still works. A saved enquiry may produce a device-local success signal with only its service, language, source category and public entry path; this site does not send that signal to Google Analytics or another analytics service. GoDaddy, the hosting provider, also adds website-performance and usage measurement. Its script can use visitor and session cookies and send page-view, browser/device and loading-performance information to GoDaddy. Hosting may also generate access logs. Your browser settings can restrict cookies. Other websites linked here apply their own privacy practices.
REALTOR.ca listing views
When a DDF listing is visible, the site reports its listing ID, this website’s feed ID, the public page address and a random browser-tab session identifier to CREA for listing-view statistics. These reports do not include enquiry form contents. CREA receives ordinary connection information when your browser makes the request.
